All prices shown on our web site INCLUDE the UK VAT at 20%
Every effort is made to ensure all of the prices on our website are correct. We are not responsible for any errors that occur. If an error is found before your order is processed we will notify you as soon as we can.
Customers resident out side the European Union
please note that you may be liable to pay your own customs taxes on arrival of the goods.

Shipping/Postage Charges
UK Customers: Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible. We automatically use the most cost effective shipping method available.
Overseas Customers: We will automatically use the most cost effective shipping method. If you wish to be quoted for shipping charges prior to ordering, please email us a list of the parts you need

Refunds
will only be made up to 30 days from purchase .We aim to satisfy all customers. If however we have supplied the incorrect part or the quality is not to your satisfaction, kindly contact us so that we can arrange to have the part returned for a full refund or replacement.

Cancellations
We can cancel any order up to the point of despatch provided there are no special ordered parts within your order.

Warranty Claims
All parts are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of invoice. Please contact us to advise us the nature of the problem, so that a return can be arranged. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or notification of invoice or customer number.

Returns
Any parts that are being returned must be unused and still in their original packing. Please see our contact details for returns address. returs are at buyers expence.

Any claim for damage or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel

Fitting
All parts should be fitted by a qualified fitter, at a vat registered garage / workshop, fitting invoice should accompany any claims. Goods damaged in transit

The contents of your order should be checked immediately after delivery. Please contact us straightaway if there are any problems, make sure you either check the contents whilst carrier is present or sign unchecked. Point out any damaged boxes to the courier and make sure there is a note of any such damage on the docket before the courier leaves. If we receive no such notification within seven days of delivery the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
